All preserved trees, plants and flowers come with 3 year replacement warranty. The average lifespan of these products when used indoors and not subjected to excessive wear and tear should be between 8 and 20 years. Because of the nature of the preservation process, we will have this product shipped directly to you from the manufacturer with most items shipping in no more than 10 business days.
