Ordering Information

Orders may be placed online by adding items to your "Shopping Basket" then paying by credit card (we use industry-standard SSL Encrytion to protect your payment information).  Most items are sold in pack and case counts only.

If you wish to purchase "samples" or quantities smaller than the pack  or case counts, or would rather mail or fax your order to us, you may view and print* our Order Form (in Adobe PDF format), fill it out completely, and send it to:

Order via FAX:

  Department.)

• We will call to confirm your order and take a credit card
  payment over the phone or you may arrange to send company
  check or money order.

• Tax (if applicable) and freight will be determined when the
  order is received.

You may send a company check or money order along with your order.  You will be contacted for payment of actual freight charges before the item is shippped. 

No merchandise will be shipped until payment is received.
