Help with Password Changes
When you log in using the screen depicted above, the password they are looking for is the one that came in your email. Once you've put in your email address and the new (temporary) password, you'll be delivered to the following screen.
On this screen, you will be required to change the new (temporary) password that was emailed to you to something that makes sense to you. When it asks for "Old Password", it is asking for the temporary password that was emailed to you. The "New Password" is whatever new password that you would like to use in the future to log into the site. This should be something that makes sense to you but is secure. This is NOT the password that was emailed to you; the password that was emailed to you goes into the "Old Password" field.
If your attempts are successful, you should be greeted with a screen indicating that your password has been changed before you are redirected to the main page of the website. You can confirm a successful login when you see your name at the top of the page (this sample person is logged in as Amazon Kinkade Administrator).
